We had a new fireplace unit installed by FlameTech in 2022. We have been very happy with the unit, never having any trouble with it. FlameTech’s technicians have been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their technician Frank visited us today to perform our annual cleaning and check up on the unit. Frank did an excellent job, explaining what he had done to the unit, how he had cleaned it out, and even shared pictures of before and after his work. I would recommend FlameTech to anyone who is looking to buy a new fireplace insert system.

I had a problem with a gas fireplace that was installed over 3 years ago by an independent contractor. It would not light anymore so the tech from Flame-Tec walked me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone. After about an hour of him helping me, we narrowed the problem down to the likely part that was causing the problem. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what they needed to do and I'm truly appreciative of their stellar service.
