I purchased 2 smaller framed photos and chose to have them ship them to me. They explain online that they have reasonable shipping prices. I live less then 40 minutes away from there shipping location, and today they send me an invoice of $90 in order to receive the item. I paid $15 for the items. What a joke.

Falsely accused of fraud by this team, after years of successful transactions with CTBids nationally. Refused to provide any explanation! Buyers beware and slandered.

$300 to ship a painting. 3.5 weeks to arrive. No communication as to the delay. OR ETA. No scheduling of delivery. Not a shred of saran wrap or packing paper. Just some people who show up at 11pm at your door with it. Buyer beware.

John, Jaime and their staff were wonderful packing and arranging movers for my mom’s move to assisted living. They were kind and gentle working with my mom through a stressful time. They were calm and professional throughout the entire process. I recommend them highly. I don’t think you will find lovelier people to help you manage a stressful move for an elderly parent who has lived in their home for many years.
