Recently purchased a large china cabinet from Phil and his team over at caring transitions of Elgin, through an estate auction. He was extremely easy to get in contact with before and after the auction, and as a first time bidder on that site I was a bit nervous about the process on the whole. Not only did he quickly answer questions, he was even quicker at helping coordinate a delivery of the item itself. I honestly cannot believe how easy and care free this experience has been. Phil’s passion for customer service is next to none. If you find yourself bidding on an item from his team, know you are in the best of hands.

Phil and his team were extremely professional and communicative throughout the process. They marketed and ran the estate sale wonderfully and followed through on everything they said they would. We also used their relocation service and that was also perfect as they went above and beyond verifying the living center to assure everything fit. Caring Transitions moved my Mother from her long cherished home to a senior campus. They reassured us every step of the way, and answered our many questions very quickly. I was impressed with all of the services that the company provides. They pack, move your items, and UNPACK to the location you specify. So the kitchen contents, closets, electronics, and of course furniture, were all exactly where we wanted before they left. The staff was careful and patient, while still being fast and efficient. The cherry on top was Phil helping us pick out items he thought would do well selling at auction. They handle this great perk for us entirely. I can't say enough good things about this company.
