Allison & team did an amazing job. They went above & beyond helping our family with a very difficult & emotional task. Allison was available and responsive throughout, answering questions, being supportive, respecting privacy and concerns, and reassuring us that things would be handled properly. Highly recommend. We couldn't have done it without them.

Excellent in every way and would highly recommend! The team at Caring Transitions of Buffalo took care of everything with great care and made it easy for me. They priced and organized a large number of diverse items from my mother's house (which was in a challenging condition); organized and held the estate sale on their own; sold a great number of items; turned a profit for me, even after fees; and then took care of removing everything that was left over by coordinating a donation to a local non-profit that works with refugee families. I was out of state the entire time as well. I can't say enough positive things about how well they handled this!

Alison and the entire Caring Transitions team were amazing! We had quite the project for them and they rose to the occasion (and beyond)! From sorting through 60+ years of household items to setting up the sale and then getting rid of everything else in the house down to a deep clean, they delivered! I had a great experience working with Allison and the Caring Transitions team! After the passing of my step-mom, they did the hard job of going through all of the boxes at her house & sorting through all of her possessions. They then ran the estate sales which were successful and emptied the house. They did all of that in a timely and professional manner! Thanks again!
