The owners Allan and Carrie are absolutely, the most genuine people I have met in a while. They made the move with my mom, so easy. I was actually able to take a breath, knowing they were doing everything. They went the extra mile and took pictures of everything, so it could go back to that place, in the new place. I met Alan and Carrie Dueck last summer as I was helping my aunt move from her home of almost 30 years into a much smaller, assisted-living apartment. From our initial meeting, I could tell that Alan placed the needs, wishes, and hopes of his clients at the very top of his list. It’s very hard to leave a home of so many years to downsize into a much smaller space. Every item is imbued with the memories of a lifetime. Alan and Carrie’s genuine compassion were reflected throughout every interaction with my aunt. They listened to her with respect and flexed their processes as needed to accommodate her wishes. On cleanout day, the Caring Transitions team was quick, professional, and extremely competent, especially as they were simultaneously conducting a mini-estate sale and were dealing with my aunt’s friends and neighbors. They did a fantastic job. I recommend Alan and the entire Caring Transitions team of Puyallup/Auburn/Sumner with gratitude and the highest regard. They are great!
