The Caring Transitions team was AMAZING AND INVALUABLE! Jessica and Sharon were so kind, patient, understanding, organized, thorough, diligent, and delightful. They made the whole process so simple! They communicated all the important details along the way, they were flexible, they helped normalize a lot of things that felt difficult about moving a loved one into retirement care, and they maintained good humor along the way. Jodi and I contracted with Caring Transitions of West Denver to remove all of the contents of her father's home. From the first meeting, you could sense the high degree of professionalism, compassion, and caring attitude from Jessica and her team. Operating under a tight deadline, the task that felt overwhelming to us was done by Caring Transitions staff in a timely manner and our deadline was met. All of the staff were thoughtful, considerate, and kind to Jodi and me. We highly recommend this company for downsizing, relocation due to downsizing, and also for their attention to detail. They really are "Caring". They took care of doing the organizing and inventorying of his belongings and his estate sale. They were so caring, trustworthy, and expedient. Not only did they perform the sale, but they also took care of emptying the house of what wouldn't' sell.
