Brett and Kathryn recently helped me collect a settlement when I was hit by a car.  I emailed several lawyers but Brett was the only person who called me to discuss it.  I didn't know if anyone would take the case because it wasn't a very large settlement, but gratefully Brett said they would do it for me.  They returned calls and emails right away, and were professional and helpful everytime I contacted them.  Even though the case was small I felt very well taken care of and never felt like I was bothering them.  I highly recommend them.  They are very easy to talk to which I really appreciated.  If you need help call them first, they are terrific.

I had a Misdemeanor Speeding Ticket. I was very scared of the possibility of jail time or a significant fine. The attorneys at Appelman's law firm were able to help me out tremendously. I found that I had a warrant (due to a non appear civil judgement that I was not aware of, my fault) . Brett within days found the reason, took my documentation filed a motion to quash. Originally there was an appearance date set for me, after the filing to quash, all is good, no appearance necessary.

Brett Appelman helped me with a legal issues a little over a year ago.   I found him to be extremely professional, but personable. He also was very knowledgeable about the law and took the time to explain to my options and he kept me in the loop throughout the process.  

I have since recommended him to friends who've come into the need for criminal defense work.  His practice focuses a lot on DUI work and his work on my friend's case has been extraordinary.  

Mr. Appelman also has payment plans and his rates and fees are very fair for the market.
