I had stopped going to The Copperfield because the service was not the greatest. I returned yesterday for breakfast with a friend who had never been. Well here's how it went: We ordered the food came and the waitress didn't stop by once to see how our meal was. My eggs were runny and I had to get her attention in order to ask her to please get me eggs over medium. I received the eggs and she didn't come to the table to follow up. I needed water and I had to call to another waitress and asked her if she could get me water. The young lady was polite however not following up with the customer is not a good thing. The ambiance is never the problem it is the service.
I visit the Copperfield every chance I get. My kids and I are huge fans of the atmosphere (light, open, friendly) and the menu. It's our go to for brunch or lunch after skiing or any other weekend activity on the east side of the metro.
Loved it! The coffee is so fragrant and rich, food is fresh and delicious. Will be back 👌
Adorable and insta-worthy ambiance! Came in for dinner with a friend and had a great time! Hoping to stop by again in late spring for brunch on their patio. Ambiance 5/5 Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Value 4/5 I had the Southwest Steak Salad and would gladly order it again next time. The mixed greens were fresh and crispy and the dressing was light and citrus-forward. I was eyeing the caramel rolls for dessert, but ran out of stomach space. Reservations recommended. Parking was free, easy and plentiful.
