I i have purchased 4 cars from university Ford.All used , the best one was a camerytwo thousand 12 in great condition two key came along with it . Two years later I purchased a truck and an a ford equals sport both use two keys came along with each vehicle now the salesman has become familiar with me and my husband or my family.\nThis time in he decides two hold back money that I should have received for bringing him business. I purchased a new car and he tells me That the car has been used and they're used cars only come with one key. Did I become stupid after the first 3 sales, you tell me. It's always better to have a good name when it comes to business, then to make a sale.Cause that might be your last sale.Treat people according to the way you wanna be treated..

University Ford always takes care of me and my Mustang Mach e. They can come to your home or work to do some work on the cars. Very nice pick up and drop off rides to leave the car for service. I appreciate the reminders for service and recall work.

Only great things to say about this place! Found a car online and came in and did most of my dealings with James Lee, who is a great sales rep. His manager, Chris was also super nice. Neither were high-pressure and both were very chill, easy to work with people. The truck itself is in great shape and they seem like trustworthy folks. Also, I was supposed to get two pairs of keys for the truck that I bought except one of the pairs had been forgotten at the dealer they transferred the truck from… Long story short, James went out of his way and above and beyond To bring the other pair of keys right to my house… That is awesome Service! Thank you, James and I appreciate all of you guys!
