Same-day, friendly, can-do service! Of course not always possible, but we looked on the website and called Joel this morning. By afternoon a beautiful 5' trio of Roedelenii (Pygmy date) palms is swaying in our backyard, at a total of about $20 less than the quote we'd received elsewhere! The palm came with patient instructions and good answers to the questions we Northerners were asking.
