One of the best meals ever and an awesome view!

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Crabby Bill’s was very disappointing. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and extremely unorganized. Our server seemed overwhelmed and was literally wearing a “Security” shirt, which left me wondering if he was even a trained server or just filling in due to a staffing shortage. On a busy Saturday night, that level of chaos is unacceptable. As someone with celiac disease who must eat strictly gluten-free, this was not the place for me. While the menu listed certain dishes as gluten-free, there was a serious disconnect between what was printed and what was actually available. I ordered the fish tacos marked gluten-free, only for them to arrive on flour tortillas. Thankfully, I noticed before taking a bite. When I sent them back, the server later told me they don’t even offer that dish gluten-free, despite the clear labeling on the menu and the option on the ordering tablet. I don’t blame the server personally—he seemed to be doing his best under tough circumstances—but the entire experience was stressful and unsafe for someone with dietary restrictions. Crabby Bill’s really needs to improve both its staffing and its handling of food allergens.

Honestly I really loved this place. The customer service was excellent and the rum runner on saturdays is only $5, and it's delicious. The food hit the spot after a beach day. I would go back!
