Devin and Emma worked as a good team for removing and cleaning the stuff we couldn't bring with us because we were downsizing and moving into a senior facility. They worked very hard and professionally without wasting any minutes and got the job done in one and a little over half of a days. Toward the end, they asked what else they could do for us. By the time I left the house, everything was gone and the house looked very clean as I expected.

We just completed a BIG move from a 2,400 sq ft house (rural residential) with 2 levels on 3.25 acres to a 1,100 sq ft condo in town. Their work helped set everything else in motion and ultimately helped me get closer to fulfilling my aunt's final wishes and distributing her estate according to her will. If you find yourself responsible for a loved one's home and belongings after their passing—especially if you're trying to manage everything from out of town—I can recommend them without hesitation. Hiring Caring Transitions of Beaverton was hands down the best decision we could have made to help my elderly parents sort through and sell unwanted/unneeded belongings, and clean out their home to sell. Fil and his team provided a detailed plan to meet our need to minimize costs and time while maximizing profits. They held a very well organized and successful online auction estate sale of curated items, while also clearing out the entire home, attic, garage, and yard to donate, recycle and dispose of unwanted items…all on schedule with the planned timeline. The team was very efficient, yet respectful, and left the house clean and in great shape. We were able to put it on the market very shortly after they were finished and it sold that same month!
