Hiring Caring Transitions of Beaverton was hands down the best decision we could have made to help my elderly parents sort through and sell unwanted/unneeded belongings, and clean out their home to sell. Fil and his team provided a detailed plan to meet our need to minimize costs and time while maximizing profits. They held a very well organized and successful online auction estate sale of curated items, while also clearing out the entire home, attic, garage, and yard to donate, recycle and dispose of unwanted items…all on schedule with the planned timeline. The team was very efficient, yet respectful, and left the house clean and in great shape. We were able to put it on the market very shortly after they were finished and it sold that same month! We left them a cluttered home and they meticulously cleaned it up while extracting maximum value from an estate sale and donating to charity or disposing of items that could not be sold.
