My expernce with Caring Transitions of Beaverton was nothing short of phenomenal. We left them a cluttered home and they meticulously cleaned it up while extracting maximum value from an estate sale and donating to charity or disposing of items that could not be sold. Fil kept his promises. He established aggressive timelines for getting the job done and he met every commitment. In short, he is a man of integrity and it was a pleasure getting to know him and working with him.

Fil and his team made the process of cleaning out our family home seamless. They really live up to their name - Caring! My brother inherited the house we all grew up in, and while it was well maintained, it had 65 years of living and accumulating in it. As the Personal Representative of my brother's estate, the thought of figuring out how to empty it for sale was overwhelming. Fil made it easy, because he let the family go through and take whatever we wanted to and then did EVERYTHING else and for much less than I had expected. He has so many resources, and even arranged for a very old scrap metal vehicle to be removed. I've already referred him to a several clients (I'm a Realtor).
