Fil and his team provided a detailed plan to meet our need to minimize costs and time while maximizing profits. They held a very well organized and successful online auction estate sale of curated items, while also clearing out the entire home, attic, garage, and yard to donate, recycle and dispose of unwanted items…all on schedule with the planned timeline. The team was very efficient, yet respectful, and left the house clean and in great shape. We were able to put it on the market very shortly after they were finished and it sold that same month! Fil and his team made the process of cleaning out our family home seamless. They really live up to their name - Caring! My brother inherited the house we all grew up in, and while it was well maintained, it had 65 years of living and accumulating in it. As the Personal Representative of my brother's estate, the thought of figuring out how to empty it for sale was overwhelming. Fil made it easy, because he let the family go through and take whatever we wanted to and then did EVERYTHING else and for much less than I had expected. He has so many resources, and even arranged for a very old scrap metal vehicle to be removed. I've already referred him to a several clients (I'm a Realtor).
