I've been banking with First State for years and have my business account here as well. Last week I applied for my first ever business loan through the Accelerate Program, and Andre went above and beyond to help me get the money I needed, when I needed it so I could get on with business. I highly recommend working with him!

In full disclosure, my Grandma worked for First State Bank in East Detroit from the late 60's through the early 70's That being said, Ive always loved my hometown /small town bank. I enjoy & entrust that , although yes they are a bank, they are not the giants of wall street, who fleeced us all. If your looking for GREAT SERVICE & minimal fee's as far as banks go, well here we are.
