Best criminal defense lawyers out there. They will work with you every step of the way and I mean EVERY step of the way. I called them after hours to set up an appointment and left a voice message and literally the next day, they called me back and got the ball rolling. I am so glad I chose Miss DUI. I was facing multiple DUI charges because of Rx medications taken as prescribed AND drug paraphernalia possession because of my passenger holding unbeknownst to me all resulting from a traffic stop! It got more complicated because I moved out of state before I heard from the court and the whole thing was a mess. I went to Miss DUI on a recommendation from a friend and I was able to speak with Michelle Behan the same day. Behan Law handled communication with the court and the prosecutor and eventually the charges were dropped. The Law group including Ms. Behan responded to all my concerns quickly and accurately during the whole process which was so reassuring, I would have been extremely stressed if I had to wait on answers otherwise. Now I am so grateful not to be pinned with a felony for what my passenger was doing. Please, remember to drive safely and be careful who you let ride in your car.
