When I took Dave on service three years ago, I had no idea that the process of a work comp claim would end up being such a long and frustrating battle. I am truly happy that I had Dave on my side to guide me and advocate for me during this arduous time. The opposition was very often difficult to work with and seemed to take every opportunity to draw out the process, a process on which there should be a time limit to dissuade such shenanigans. However, Dave and his staff were constant in their efforts to bring my case to a satisfactory conclusion (although COVID’s shutdown of the court system during this time didn’t help matters in the least). Dave’s consistent down-to-earth approach to this whole case was most definitely appreciated and I would heartily endorse his services to anyone seeking retribution for a work injury.

I would strongly recommend David Clark as your personal injury lawyer. I had two cases with MR Clark at the same time, a auto accident and a workman's compensation. The auto case the insurance company offered me one third of my medical bills that was it. with a lot of hard work David got all my bills paid and a respectable settlement. The workman's comp case was grossly denied on a legitimate case. David was able to get my case settled it took many trips to the comp office, but David did not give up great job. I want to thank David for all of his hard work.

David could not have been recommended to us at a more opportune time .We were having enormous medical expenses when were confronted with a summons to appear in court for a lawsuit filed against us on disputed charges from a medical transport service. David spent several hours researching our issues and attending several court appearances on our behalf. After all of his diligent work, he was able to reduce our monetary obligation to a much more manageable amount. We could not have asked for a more patient, persevering and honest individual. And little did we know is that he provided all of his services to us pro bono when he realized our situation. We would recommend David to everybody we know. He treated us like family. We will always be grateful to him for all of his efforts on our behalf.

Dave Clark represented me in a workman’s compensation case after I Injured my shoulder performing a very physical job for a waste hauling company. I was unable to return to work. Dave Clark was able to battle with the insurance company and obtained a very good settlement on my behalf. Dave is extremely professional, very hard working, very communicative, and worked diligently on my behalf. I was extremely pleased to have Dave on my side of the table.

I was injured on the job through no fault of my own. During my doctor-supervised physical therapy, my employer's WC insurance carrier sent me a communication telling me they would not pay for my continuing therapy. I hired attorney David Clark and am glad I did. In a first consultation, he listened, took notes, and outlined a path to victory for me. Always professional, yet fully-cognizant of the law and the insurance company's obligations, Dave Clark negotiated a fair settlement. I recommend him without reservation. To get it done right, contact Dave Clark ASAP.

I was hurt on my job. Lawyers representing the company where I worked were not interested in a settlement. David Clark changed their minds real quick. David carefully explained all of the options open to me, and he did so in layman's terms that I understood. Professional and persistent, He was unrelenting in his pursuit of an outcome that favored my best interests. I was stunned by the size of the settlement he earned on my behalf. It was life changing. Compassionate and methodical, "they broke the mold" the day David Clark entered the profession.

David Clark is an exemplary attorney who offers his clients a rare combination of extensive legal knowledge, expert negotiating skills, high moral standards, and a compassionate spirit. I recently hired Mr. Clark to settle some old credit card debt that was preventing me from obtaining a mortgage. He carefully explained the legal measures each company could take to obtain their money and what he felt was my best option to resolve the issue and restore my credit score. Once we decided on a course of action, he adeptly negotiated my debt and I paid only pennies on the dollar to settle with each company I owed. Overall, his fees are very reasonable, his service is exceptional, and his kindness is unparalleled within the field. I highly recommend him for all your legal needs.

I knew the minute I met David Clark that he was the attorney for me. He is kind and compassionate. We talked in length about my situation . He answered all the questions I had and then explained in detail what his plan of action was going to be to handle my cases. He is thorough and meticulous. He really cares and doesn't treat me like just a "pay day". He is in constant contact with me to inform me on how my cases are moving forward. I know that if I have any concerns and I call him, he will always put my mind at ease. I have already recommended him to a good friend and now is helping her. I wouldn't want any other attorney to handle my cases. He has a heart of gold. What could be better than that.

My experience with David Clark was great. I was switched to him from my previous lawer when she semi retired. I was very happy that he was easy to contact, and was responsive in getting things done. He isn't the type of lawyer which just wants to settle, he actually cares about his clients. Each step of the way he was there to offer guidence and to let you know your options. Through out the time he was on my case, i never felt rushed and felt he did his best, from the time he took on the case till it settled he had my best intrest as top priority. If you want a top notch lawyer that will have your back and get things done, i highly recommend David Clark

David Clark was referred to me by another attorney for a personal injury case in which I was involved (a motorcycle accident). David was extrememly diligent at tracking down insurance policies that were not easily accessible (another attorney could have easily missed them). He communicated well with the insurance companies and doctors involved and followed-through in a timely manner with both phone calls and emails. I also knew exactly where the case stood at any point in time through Dave's regular correspondence. Dave was accessible and came-in the office during off hours to meet my work schedule for document signatures, etc. The settlement that I received was fair and was obtained in a shorter-than-expected time period. I am extremely pleased with Dave's efforts and recommend him most highly.

I was injured in a rear end auto accident in January of 2014; and looked for an attorney to represent me. It was important to me to find a knowledgeable, honest, and sincere attorney. David exceeded my expectations. He explained the settlement process from start to finish, answered all my questions; always responding in a timely manner. David made me feel like I was his top priority and worked diligently to represent me, making sure I would receive the absolute best settlement possible. Thanks to David's hard work and knowledge of the law pertaining to auto accidents, our case settled very quickly, and we received the settlement he proposed at our first meeting! David is very down to earth, highly professional, friendly, and has tremendous integrity. I would highly recommend Mr. David Clark!

My regular Attorney doesn't do litigation and I felt that I needed a guy that wouldn't be pushed around by other Attorney's. David was that guy. I am a landlord and own a unit in a HOA that is very aggressive with fines, fees and litigation. They are also sloppy in their procedures. I moved my primary residence in 2012 and somehow neglected to tell the HOA of one of my properties that I had moved. We didn't think anything of it because the association dues were being paid automatically every month. We discovered in September of 2013 that the association didn't know where we lived anymore. I followed up by calling them, filling out their census form, emailing it and getting a confirmation of receipt. In May of 2014 we received a summons because we were behind on our payments to the tune of $20 a month.. less than $400.00 total. Somehow though, without notifying me, the association managed to generate Attorney fees and fines of almost $3,000. They ignored my attempts to rectify this situation, including a very generous settlement offer. I left the offer on the table for two weeks, met with David and gave them until the end of the week to accept my offer. David felt that we had a very strong case, that they had not served notice properly, or at all. I really just wanted to get this over with. They ignored me. David filed our appearance papers and sent them over to the other Attorney's. First they wanted to negotiate up from my last offer, we responded with a solid "no" because now we had costs. David ended up helping us settle this case for much less than my previous offer to them. While we might have done better in court, we were glad to put this behind us. When we first talked I was thinking that my case was too small for David, he has participated in some pretty large cases. But I never felt that way. Outside of the courtroom, David is a nice guy. After our meeting I was confident that I had the right Attorney. He's comfortable in his own skin, patient, competitive, and is able to argue facts appropriately. Hopefully, we never need him for personal injury problems, but I'm glad to have a guy that does Business/Contract and Landlord/Tenant law too.

When you need someone to have your back.. you get a brawler.

It's a Sunday morning, we answer the door and a perfectly good day in May 2014 is tainted by the foul, fetid stench of the beast on my stoop... Mr. Woodbury? It asks.. "Yes",  I say.

"you've been served"

What the...?

I had neglected to immediately inform a homeowners association of my change of address, I rectified it (acknowledged in writing in 2013 by the association) but they never made the change someplace. They raised our fees $20 a month, but because we didn't know, we happily kept autopaying monthly thinking that "all is right with the world"

We were less than $300 in the hole and a phone call, letter.... email (same email since 1998) would have taken care of it.

Instead, satan's spawn (just kidding, he was just a regular guy) showed up with a summons saying that they had amassed a lot of costs trying to get this money from me... just about $3,000 worth of attorney and late fees. This was the first that I'd heard about it.

My regular Attorney couldn't get anywhere with them, they told him that if we go to court the costs will keep going up. Well, he's no dummy and he knows this situation makes no sense* so he tries to reason with them (he's doing this as a favor, it's not his kind of law) but they ignore him. We make an offer to settle... because I know that I owe and that there will be late fees. They tell us.. "See you in court"

So I tell my friend that I think I need to get a guy that specializes in this kind of stuff.. a tough guy.. a LITIGATOR.

*it actually makes perfect sense now, it appears that the association has something against landlords (I've had the same great tenant for the last 5 years) and are making things harder for us.

I work with a lot of Attorneys, but most of them do family law, traffic court, real estate etc..

I saw Dave in the courtroom when I was setting up my trial date, he was representing a Plaintiff.  We talked briefly in the hallway. Dave and I scheduled an hour to go over the case in his office. We met, and he informed me that I have an excellent case and that I should consider putting a very short time limit on the settlement offer that I had made the association.. so I did, and...

They ignored me.

Dave became my attorney, filed our appearances for court and sent a copy to the opposing counsel.

Suddenly, the other side wanted to negotiate and came back with an offer. Now I have costs, so we told them "no".

We made a low ball offer back... and they said "See you in court".  We said OK.

They asked what it was going to take... Dave told them...

The F bombs were flying from the other side   :)

They settled for far less than I had offered them the week before.

I was able to pay Dave Clark and the association and still have enough money left to take the family to Gibsons for a steak dinner over what I would have paid in my previous offer (wish I had called Dave sooner)

Dave thinks we would have had even more success in court, but the settlement was close enough. A trial (however short and easy) is a bunch of aggravation that I prefer to avoid.

A couple of things..

When we first talked I was thinking that my case was too small for Dave, he's participated in some pretty large cases. But i never felt that way.

Outside of the courtroom, Dave is a nice guy. After our meeting I was confident that I had the right Attorney. He's comfortable in his own skin, patient, competitive (The dude has run a marathon in all 50 states... seriously,  who does that?) and is able to argue facts appropriately.

Hopefully, we never need him for personal injury problems, but I'm glad to have a guy that does Business and Contract Law as well as Landlord/Tenant stuff.

David Clark is an amazing example of what a lawyer should be - helpful, professional, fast ... amazing! I was struggling to make sense of a lawsuit I was suddenly faced with, over a debt that I believed to have been settled years before (in 2010). To compound my worries, I live overseas in Europe and was very worried about having to appear in court - especially given the high cost of travel these days. I found Mr. Clark through a simple Internet search, and I am lucky I did. From his very first e-mail, Mr. Clark did preliminary research informing me of ALL my options, including what I could do if I chose not to hire him. He answered my initial concerns BEFORE payment was even discussed. In addition, he agreed to reduce his hourly rate due to my financial hardship AND refund any unused portion of the retainer fee, something which other lawyers I contacted did not offer. While he was investigating my case, he was in touch over e-mail at every point, right up until the situation was resolved. Hiring David Clark was the best decision I have ever made - in a matter of days, he was able to alleviate worries over an issue I had been facing for years. I could not be happier!
