I cannot recommend enough Erin Adamski and the Newland & Newland practice. She went above and beyond in handling my case, and was very communicative explaining the entire process and my options. Erin unfortunately was not the first lawyer I engaged with regarding a personal injury case, but I wish she had been! The case was moved to her after initially being handled by a lawyer from a different firm who had made several mistakes in handling it. Despite these mistakes not being her fault or her firm's fault, she took complete ownership of them and miraculously was able to save my case. First time doing workmans comp and it was very frustrating but Newland and Newland, Lupe and Mary Pat all worked together even thru the pandemic and made sure I was taken care of after being injured. Highly recommended!
