When I first stepped into the Stock, Carlson & Duff, LLC office in Wheaton over 11 years ago, I was greeted by Suzi, who is simply wonderful. I was feeling stressed out, but she immediately put me at ease through her warmth and reassuring words. She told me that I would find my attorney, John Stock, to be excellent. She was so right. From our initial consultation meeting to going to court, John truly represented me and the matters I needed to resolve. John provided guidance throughout the proceedings to make the process as painless as possible. John is extremely professional and provides excellent legal advice and suggestions. In an era when one-to-one customer service excellence has disappeared, the work my attorney and his team did was simply exceptional.
