Always a great experience with CTBIDS Chesapeake VA. Todd & his staff go above & beyond. Very organized and orderly, has items ready when you arrive. Very helpful, the only auction company I’ve seen that even helps to carry your items to your car! Very impressed and highly recommend!

There is no question that Todd's operation is absolutely fantastic. He is easy to work with and an absolute gentleman. He is very organized and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. I'd give him six stars if the system allowed it!

Todd was wonderful to work with! I won the bid on a beautiful Gone With the Wind lamp, and originally shipping was going to be astronomical. He offered me alternative shipping and if it was still going to be too expensive he was going to refund my money. Saved him as a favorite shop!

Todd Osborne of Chesapeake Caring Transitions is amazing. Even if you experience a hiccup when working out how to pick up an item (and I was part of that hiccup!), Todd will certainly go over and above to work with you to ensure you AND your item(s) make it to you. No problems with the auction. They just use shipping Saint. $20 to mail 5 drumsticks from VA. To PA. Unbelievable. Todd reached out to me personally, as I would expect a professional auction House to do. Though I am not a fan of shipping saint, caring transition of Chesapeake has proven to me as a customer that they are professional and ethical.
