Okay, I admit it, I am a yard and estate sale junkie...I know I have a problem...but, I recently discovered this company that is not only providing an extremely valuable service to so many families but also provides an incredible online auction tool that feeds my habit! If you are not signed up for the auctions, don't hesitate! I actually got a chance to meet with the owner and his employees several times and each time we interact, they are thoughtful and professional. I watched as they methodically take impeccable care of the possessions the family might be struggling to organize, carefully document each item, and advertise them on a very easy to navigate auction platform. They are all such busy little bees that just clean out every single part of the estate - all with great care and attention to detail, and get the residence ready for the next step. I lost my dad last Winter and the owner, Todd, without hesitation, gave me some incredible advice for helping my Mom and I with sorting and organizing my Dad's "piles" he left behind. Dealing with the death of an older family member is stressful enough so the service they provide is amazing! I have had some amazing finds from their auctions, but the real winner here are the families they help. I will hire his team in a heartbeat if the need ever arises! Thanks Caring Transitions!

Always a great experience with CTBIDS Chesapeake VA. Todd & his staff go above & beyond. Very organized and orderly, has items ready when you arrive. Very helpful, the only auction company I’ve seen that even helps to carry your items to your car! Very impressed and highly recommend!

There is no question that Todd's operation is absolutely fantastic. He is easy to work with and an absolute gentleman. He is very organized and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. I'd give him six stars if the system allowed it!
