I'm writing this review as I was pretty surprised to see some of the bad ones after my experience and feel they may be outdated. I purchased a new vehicle around January and had a beyond smooth visit. Troy was nothing but helpful with the cars I was interested in, there was no price snaking from what was advertised (which was a great deal), and I did not feel undercut on my trade in. I scheduled my first service/oil change and the woman on the phone was extremely nice, I was in an out within an hour, the service area and waiting room are CLEAN, it's very difficult for me to find any complaints with the service they've provided and I've been very happy with my purchase.
I want to thank John Williams with the Capital Nissan Service Dept. for all of his help getting my Rogue service work completed. He is a very honest and straightforward individual who was a pleasure to work with. Also a thank you to James, the shuttle driver who took care of getting me back and forth to the Dealership. Thumbs Up to everyone at Capital Nissan !! Thank You, Charley Cook
Service department is terrible. Came in at my scheduled appointment time only to be told they couldn't get to my car that day. Took half a day off work and drove 1 hour to get there only to be sent away. Thanks for nothing.
Service was great, shuttle ride never happened for drop off or pick up. We decided to walk after waiting for a ride, they called said car was ready and offered ride I said yes shuttle person was supposed to call, didn’t happen and we walked back. This was the first time I ever scheduled to ride the shuttle, not sure what happened but the service was great.
David Wiggins was awesome helping me pick the right car for me. He was patient and not pushy at all and gave me very good advice. I enjoyed my time with him :) and i love my sentra !!!
Jesse Stine is a cowardly piece of xxxx that was makingrude remarks behind my back while I was spending money at this location. I will never give this place my business and Im advising everyone else to strude remarks behind my back while I was spending money at this location. David was great all around guy will recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!
My latest experience with the service manager, Cheryl, was absurd. I received an unexpected bill because the service advisor didn't explain that work was going to be performed that wasn't covered under the oil changes for life program . I brought this to Cheryl's attention and instead of addressing the issue, simply told me to use a different service advisor next time.
