Great service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. This is our 6th Nissan and we have enjoyed all that we have bought. Unfortunately we lost one of our cars in a bad crash but we did not lose our daughter due to the great air bag system in her car.

I've bought a number of vehicles from Capital Nissan threw the years (6 or 7 vehicles) and each and every time the entire staff and salesmen/women are very professional and strive to meet your needs in every way. Capital Nissan, it's where you are the most important thing when you step on their property. That's the truth and no hype!

This is my fourth purchase with Capital Nissan. I love the cars but more importantly I appreciate the people. I have had the same salesman for my last two purchases, thank you JJ you are always helpful. The finance department is quick and does not play games with your time and money during the process. And for someone like me who has been with Nissan for awhile and is familiar with the service program you get to know your service advisor. Mine is John and he too is always helpful. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff of nissan representatives. When I asked about charging my GM car, Fred brought me right outside hooked me up to the charger. We had a nice chat. 30 minutes later, I was on my way with a complimentary charge and a warm cup of coffee. Thank gents!

Elijah was my salesman. Good experience. I didn’t get chased around and pressured to buying a car. I went about 3-4 times across two weeks to discuss pricing and cars till we got down to where I was comfortable. I bought a brand new car on my 4th visit. I was happy with the service, and happy to not get bombarded into buying a car or “committing”. At other dealerships in town “Kia” they would not even give me prices until I “committed” to buying something. Capital Nissan and Elijah treated me good. I was happy when I left everytime.

Great experience! Low pressure and very informative. Very happy with the purchase and Troy as our sales rep.
