Edgerton and Edgerton is excellent. Patrick represented us in a large-amount jury trial and was on top if it from the beginning. He's a quick study, loves what he does and is focused, disciplined and determined. His-down-to earth style is misleading and he takes full advantage of it. In our case he was extremely successful. He knows the law and has well-honed trial skills. When he knows he's right, he just didn't give up and it paid off. Where we had weaknesses, he didn't hesitate to point them out. I am a small business and have used Edgerton & Edgerton for over 15 years. Mostly for collections Patrick is very professional. Fess are reasonable . I have collected on balances I never thought I'd see a penny. My advise to the people who gave bad reviews is to pay your bills.

I haven't hire this firm yet, but Pat answered all my questions over the phone in terms of taking legal action against a horrible vendor. He even offered to read and make correction on my rejection of non conforming goods letter to the vendor. Who does that?! I read the letter to him over the phone and he made corrections like he offered. ALL at no cost to me. a HIGH HIGH five to this law firm with lawyers with a heart.

If you need someone to collect a debt for you, this is the group to use. Before hiring them I asked at least four different attorneys who I should hire to collect a bad debt. They ALL referred me to Edgerton & Edgerton. Used them once and I'll definitely use them again if I need to.
