Gorgeous view and housekeeping was great! Only downside is their site claims that breakfast and a splashpass are included. THEY FORCED US TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $242 WHEN WE GOT THERE (that we never agreed to or were informed of when we booked) for the splashpass and cheap crummy breakfast. We didn’t even use the pass or get the breakfast. it was a huge ripoff/scam. They should not advertise that.

Recently stayed here with my family (our 2nd time). Parking is plentiful and easily accessible. It is very centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants and local attractions. Ordering food to be delivered to the pool area is not an easy or quick task, we waited over an hour for a wrap that never came and was still charged to our room. When we questioned it with the front desk at check out, we were told they could not remove it and that we would ha e to speak with the bar (not open at check out and had already told us they would not charge the room). Broken shower that only had hot scalding water, no cold, that took an entire day back and forth to get repaired. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, even with my growing frustration at the time. The views of local sea life and the sunsets from the 6th floor pool/lobby are honestly unrivaled by any surrounding establishment. Price per night is reasonable and competitive for the area. My wife and I would stay here again even with the bumps in the road we experienced on our last visit. Simply beautiful area and the EDGE hotel is right in the middle of it!
