My friend stayed here and I visited him. I was impressed!

Interesting one-off hotel. On the upside, the Gulf-view rooms have beautiful waterfront view and quiet balcony; parking is conveniently located behind the rooms on several floors; and the pools are epic and Instagramable. Slight downsides are the lackluster breakfast; AC that couldn't get the room down to the temperature it was set on; and resort fees above the already beach-pricing.
