What a fantastic place, a special place and the Ocean Views, Jimmy's Restaurant and Lounge are awesome but the staff is really what makes the Edge !

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing terrace where we loved sitting with the furbabies (lots of chairs and tables available). The breeze was awesome and continuous, which worked great on this extremely hot day. The room was beautiful and clean. The location, perfect, right on the beach. The view from the terrace was awesome. We saw fish, manatees, jet skis, floating tiki bars, and lots of people just enjoying life. There is a pool on one side of the pool bar and, on the other side, a smaller infinity pool. There are plenty of chairs to relax in a clean environment. They also have a shop in the hotel with beautiful accessories, swim suits, memorabilia, etc. Staff was very nice and friendly. Clean bathrooms near the terrace/pool area, so you don't have to go to your room

I would give this hotel 5 stars, except the continental breakfast was subpar. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but I was thinking there would be more options than there was. They had several options for cereal, yogurt, and some fruits, but other than the "make your own pancakes" (which my boyfriend thought was really cool), there weren't any other carb options. I would have thought there would have been maybe french toast, muffins, or even different toasts and jelly's. The only thing there was were bagels. There also wasn't any egg options besides cold hard-boiled eggs and no meat options. We wound up walking just down the street to Speggtacular. Other than that, the location was great, the room was huge, and the different restaurant options were great! We came here for our anniversary and we were able to drink without having to leave the hotel.
