If you are a peaky person or family, this is not the place for you. Old fashioned, old rooms, not the greatest shape, but super clean, no odors, attentive personal. Very curious that the hotels starts at floor 6th, cool. The pools (2) are super clean and nice. The roof top bar is a plus. The beach is 300ft far from the hotel. The boulevard and all shoppings and restaurantes are super close. And if you want you can cross the bridge and go to Fiesta Key. I would recommend this place for sure! We loved our stay!

The hotel is definitely on the older side it could use a remodel. Make sure you ask a lot of questions about the prices they have for different rooms. It said it was a 10 story hotel but, it sure didn't look like it! I really did like the room we had it was really huge for a suite. The biggest pet peave I have is I never have enough towels never!!! I really just wanted the room to be able to see the sunset! That almost didn't happen because of the weather until about the last 45 minutes before sunset it peeked through. We weren't able to use any of the other amenities except for the outdoor restaurant on the 10th floor. I really recommend their fish, and chips (fries)! I've never been big on tarter sauce but, theirs was extremely good and I even dipped my fries in it! Now however $17+ for fish and chips is a little extreme! There also was some kind of smell inside which wasn't pleasant! There was also a $50 deposit that I wasn't told about till I paid for the room which isn't a big deal but, seeing online $169 to paying $369 plus the $50 deposit is a little extreme if you ask me. We tried to get answers but, got nowhere with that! It didn't cost more because of early check-in, it didn't cost more because I wanted a room with a view that's what they said anyways! However, I do recall them saying no pets or smoking! I also recall seeing someone with a huge dog, and going on the balcony to smell someone smoking illegal drugs. So needless to say I think next time we're going to drive up, and down the beach to choose the next hotel!
Tommy is a wonderful bartender. Very personable and friendly. He’s the only bartender that me and my friends experienced that was actually having a good time with his customers. A couple complaints about the hotel is the water dripping from the ceiling into trash cans RIGHT BY the breakfast bar (which was terrible also). Our room was never entered by housekeeping. We had to take toilet paper off of the carts when we seen it in the hallway. I went down to the front desk a few days in and asked for clean towels and to let them know I put trash bags in the hallway because they were full. Thank god for 7 Eleven bags that we used for trash bags.
A spacious, clean hotel in a central area of Clearwater Beach. Close walk to many attractions, shopping and dining. Exceptionally professional and friendly staff, that is always willing to help solve any situations that may arise. The rooftop bar is a fun, lively spot with good food and drink for all ages.
