We arrived and we're a little confused with parking. Luckily, the parking attendant was very helpful. Once we got to the lobby, Gena, the front desk host was absolutely amazing! Her energy is contagious, she was so wonderful to talk to and gave us great recommendations on local events and restaurants. She is lovely lady and great asset to this facility.

I cannot say enough about the front desk, Gina went above and beyond. Our room was awesome from the view, the bed, the shower and our overall service we received. We have always gone to Clearwater in Feb, but this was our first time with Pier 60. Our room had a balcony overlooking the bay and the Gulf. Our room was perfect! If I had to say one thing that we wish was different would be the pool not being in the sun but that is only because of the time of year we chose to go in and no fault of the hotel. Top floor was Jimmy's. We went up there one time to try it for diner but unfortunately, they were only serving drinks that night. I am not what their schedule is for the restaurant. Thank you, Gina, Mr. Kelly and the whole staff.
