Parking garage, 24/7 coffee in Lobby, 7a.m. breakfast, rooftop bar (slightly expensive, but free sunset shot). Noisy construction next door to outdoor pool.

I give 5 stars for several reasons. First and foremost, the staff of the Hotel. Special "shout out" goes to Eric and Tyler, the incredible bartenders at Jimmy's Crow's nest on floor 10. Extroardinarily personable and fun to be around. The "sunset shots" are delicious, but stay around after all the free shot folks leave for some delicious bar food at really good prices. Next, is Gina at the front desk who was so ameniable to get me a diffrent room the last night of our stay, with no questions asked. Super service! The bed we had in room 815 was a very comfy king with a great view of Pier 60 and the beach. The room was clean. We had plenty of towels and got a few more pillows at request, again with no problems. My wife got stuffy and I had asked to move the last night, thinking it was the room. Turned out she was catching a cold. The second room was 1006, which is set up for handicapped access. The beds were a but more firm, but the room had a balcony so we could get outside air instead of AC. Free breakfast had a "main course" which was different each day, accompianied by other items like waffles, and sliced bread with jams and jellies and lots of butter. The staff are available and happy to help out to provide a good morning experience. The price per night is fantastic for being so close to the beach. Negatives (depending on your viewpoint of course) would be 1) the key card access to the room is tricky. Initially we stood in the hallway trying to get in, and finally did. The front desk re-initialized the cards, and told us a method which then worked almost the first time, every time. If you visit, be sure to ask about it before going to the room It can be frustrating. 2) the place is looking like it's undergoing a slow "rehab" as some hallway carpets are looking old in places. SOme of the signs in the elevators are irrelevant as to key card operation etc. But, that said, the place is a great value, and more importantly, has a staff who care and will take care of any issues which you may have. So, if you're OK with a bit of worn, but would rather spend your cash at attractions, any of the tourist shops or Jimmy's Crows Nest, than at a hotel which has nicer carpets, you'll have a great experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall.||Location:|You truly can’t beat the location—just one block from the beach and within a 5-minute walk (or less!) to tons of restaurants. Being so close to everything made it incredibly convenient for our family.||Atmosphere:|The property is clean and easy to navigate. The décor is darker, which doesn’t quite fit the typical bright, beachy vibe you might expect by the ocean.||Rooms:|Our room was clean and comfortable, with the amount of space we expected. We really appreciated having both a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. There was a little noticeable wear on the chair and vanity, but nothing that impacted our stay.||Value:|For this area, the value is excellent. Our booking through Sam’s Club included parking and a continental breakfast with warm food options. Given how close we were to the beach and restaurants—and the fact that we even had a partial ocean view—we expected the price to be higher.||Cleanliness:|Both the room and common areas were well-maintained throughout our stay.||Noise Level:|The hotel is on a main road, so we did hear traffic at times, but it was expected for such a centralized location.||Service:|The staff was helpful and friendly from start to finish. One moment that stood out was when housekeeping arranged my daughter’s sleep mask and stuffed animals neatly on her bed—such a thoughtful touch.||Amenities:|The continental breakfast was great, the heated pool was a nice bonus, and pool towels were provided. There’s also a restaurant/bar on-site, which made it easy to grab food and drinks.||Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.
