Very clean and good place for family. People are using third-party for reservations like me. Just be aware even if it says there include parking, breakfast... you still have to pay for these services when you check in.

Ein sehr schöner Ort

2025 update: Understanding the hurricane last year devastated many of the businesses here. The elevators on the guest side of the hotel were out since the hurricane and the man at thw desk upon check in mentioned it was too expensive to fix. It was very frustrating navigating the elevators when 15-30 people were trying to get on at the same time. The wait time was awful. Made the experience of getting in and out very annoying. All the elevators were up, had to wait 10 minutes for them to come back, and more people would get in line. The pool was gorgeous. Drinks on point. The towels in the room were hard on the skin. Toilets dont flush properly. Water pressure is up and down but gets nice and hot. I loved this hotel. Usually, we stay in a hotel right on the beach. I did not know this one didn't lead right to the sand, but the view was breathtaking nonetheless. The rooms were clean and nice. It's not as updated as some hotels, but overall, great. Getting around on the elevators was mildly confusing. Get free trolly rides with room key and free breakfast voucher. The swimming pool was amazing. The infinity pool was gross. The water wasn't filtered as much as the swimming pool. The water was murky, with a slight unpleasant smell to it but incredible view. I would go back in a heartbeat.
