I lost my id in a room that I could not get back I traveled from Detroit but that’s my fault I take full responsibility, however trying to get it back was so unhelpful the girl at the front desk looked down and so no it’s not here she didn’t call nobody out even seemed concerned as of course I’m traveling. After moving rooms we left and came back to the room being cleaned but they picked up a purple plastic bag that said Vernor on it but it had stuff inside of it. Let me tell u all something, don’t ever go in someone’s room and throw they stuff away without they permission!
We checked in and found blood in the beds. Disgusting and unsanitary especially when you’re paying $300+ a night.

This place seems beautiful online when you book! After looking at so many places, the pool and restaurant made this place appealing. Both of those things were great. Breakfast was not worth the extra money, not hot items. Got locked out of our room because the internet was down and waited for maintenance for over 30 minutes to unlock the room. Had a great day lounging at the pool and then someone tried to kick us out because we didn’t have wrist bands on. They did give us any at check in, when we got towels or there was nothing about it on the info they gave us. The person who tried to kick us out didn’t speak English well enough to understand that we were staying there and would go get wristbands. Disappointing to say the least, that we spent so much money on such and alleged nice place to have so many let downs. Reconsider staying somewhere else.
Definitely not a boutique hotel as advertised. Sheets were dingy, pillows small and flat, towels small, pool towels thin and small. Breakfast was all cold food unless you made yourself pancakes. Coffee in rooms and at breakfast was terrible. Staff was not overly friendly. The hotel decor is old and tired, it needs a refresh. The view was lovely, enjoyed the sunsets and saw a few dolphins
