Front desk staff was very helpful. Really disappointed and the bed and pillows. Both seemed hard. The patio was terrific on the 10th floor. But the patio chairs were cracked. The shower door didn’t slide on the track, and I actually was kind of stuck in the shower for a couple minutes.
