Excelente hotel , le sacó una estrella por la atención poco amable y dispuesta del señor Ivan. Este hotel está ubicado sobre la playa , no hay muchos , aunque se ve que están construyendo mucho y están avanzados los proyectos . La habitación de PH son amplias , cómodas y con buen mobiliario . No tienen anafe , solo microondas . El servicio de playa es discreto y cada sombrilla te la cobran 37 dólares ( algo desproporcionado )

From checking in to checking out. The building is very outdated inside. The rooms are outdated and not cleaned. The bathroom very outdated and disgusting. The hallways, elevators dirty. They had trash barrels all over the place because the ceilings was leaking water from the a/c units. The staff very cold and not friendly at all. The breakfast a disaster. Just very disappointed I actually didn't want to check in after seeing the huge mess there! When I was looking for a hotel the pictures blew me away it looked great. A complete story when we arrived. I advise everyone don't go there. I am telling you the truth. If you still go You'll find out the hard way just like us!! The other problem there was people sitting on the deck up on the 10th floor at the Jimmy's bar and coming through the hallways at 2 am drunk and very loud. One guy was dragging him self on the walls and being ready loud. Another idiot was singing at 3@m. This hotel is a nightmare.
