Nick is a very smart and knowledgeable lawyer. When you ask him a question, he thinks for a moment and gives you a carefully considered reply. He always follows through with what he says he will do and is very aggressive in defending his clients, which I believe is a highly desirable trait in a lawyer. I am very happy with his service.

Mr. Nelson, and his staff, have been an effective advocate, ethical practitioner, and essential ally for me during difficult and challenging times. He is fair and understands the law.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful for a reasonable price! Nick helped me with a unique real estate agreement as well as turning around and helping me with a separate organization to help write and develop a protective and sound white-labeling contract.
