We had an absolutely incredible experience with Kim and John Hall, owners of Caring Transitions Chester County, during what could of been an extremely stressful overwhelming move. After living in our home for more than 20 years, we knew the process of moving would be a major undertaking. To make things more complicated, our move involved relocating to a temporary apartment before moving again into our new home. We gave Caring Transitions only a four weeks notice, and from the beginning they went above and beyond to make the entire process feel manageable. They helped us organize every aspect of the move including selecting a reliable mover, coordinating an online estate auction, sending wonderful representatives from Caring Transitions to pack most of our belongings which they came back to help unpack at our new home. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

John and his team were incredible!!! The compassion, thoughtful and respectful care that he and his team provided over the long and complex process of getting my parents’ home ready for sale and then ultimately moving my parents was extraordinary. John was always available and understanding of the many challenges my parents faced due to a number of recent health issues and always showed empathy and compassion. John’s team members are experienced elder care professionals and what they do can only be described as a compassionate calling to help other families navigate these important transitional steps. We will be using John with another family member’s move and know that we are in the best of hands!

John had a good eye for space and makes excellent suggestions. Things ran like clockwork. .He never complained if we got in the way. John has a great sense of humour (Canadian spelling 😊!!!!). John and Kim Hall and their team provided invaluable service of a farm estate in cleaning out, selling, and disposing of 50 years of accumulated "stuff", cars, furnishings, farm equipment, wine, you name it! They are tireless workers - even on the job during weekends and evenings and are pleasant to work with.
