The whole experience with Caring Transitions was exceptional!! Dolly was just the best!!! The care and communication, help packing all took a burden from me!!!

I contacted Caring Transitions because we badly wanted to downsize, but didn’t feel like we had the energy for another move left in us. We had years of accumulated hobbies and furniture despite having had a garage sale and working on decluttering for months. In our introductory meeting, we talked to about what we wanted, which was an ability to sort through our possessions and take what we needed and then have them care of the rest… selling what they could, and then cleaning out our home of the rest so that we could put it on the market. That is exactly what happened. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

We were VERY pleased with the services provided. Dolly explained the process well and outlined what her company would do and what I needed to do (which was very little!). She worked well with me on scheduling and communication with her was prompt. All aspects of the sale were handled by her company - sorting and pricing items, running sale, and clean up afterwards. It was a total relief to have Caring Transistions handle this for me.

I have been using Eva Lohrer as my accountant and tax preparer for the last 9 years. She is great! Quick to respond, accurate, and very knowledgeable. And her fees are reasonable considering the quality of the work performed.

Dolly and her team did an amazing job, very profession and no nonsense. The proceeds were more than expected, plus the property was spotless once the sale was completed.
