From day one I told Cory I was worried this sounded “too good to be true,” but everything they promised was delivered – and then some. They came in, sorted everything, set up a very professional online auction, handled all the buyers, coordinated donations, removed the trash, and left the house broom-clean and truly realtor-ready. I never had to chase them, and there were zero surprises. What makes them unique is that they don’t just “haul stuff away” – they manage the whole transition: organizing, photographing, listing items online, running the auction, handling pickups, donating usable leftovers (with receipts), and then doing a final sweep so the property is ready for the next phase. For someone trying to sell a home and move out of state, that turnkey approach is invaluable. Cory and his team were professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home and my situation. They made the first phase of my move smooth and essentially trouble-free, which is exactly what I needed. I will absolutely be recommending Caring Transitions of North Phoenix to anyone who needs to downsize, clear out an estate, or get a house ready for sale. They’re the real deal.
