5+ stars! I flew across the country to help my mom move into an independent senior community, and I can’t say enough good things about Luis and his team at Caring Transitions of Carlsbad. They arrived early, were genuinely friendly (literally always smiling!), and showed real care and compassion in every word and action — not just with my mom’s belongings, but with her and me as well. They struck the perfect balance between being efficient and being personable. They took the time to understand my mom’s situation, checked in regularly to make sure everything she wanted made it onto the truck, and turned what could have been a highly emotional and stressful day into something calm, productive, and even uplifting. When my mom later regretted not moving two pieces of furniture, I called Luis, and without hesitation, he offered to meet me and make a second trip. To top it off, the whole move came in under budget, and my mom quickly received a refund. I’ve moved three times myself and have never had a team this kind, attentive, or professional. I wish I could hire Luis and his crew for every move. Absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend them!
