We had a very unique experience that required tender care. The seller of a home needed to have a flexible packing schedule based on her health needs and helpers to come and go as her energy and ability allowed. Luis and his team are set up to be very flexible in these situations. Most packing companies have set hours and need advanced scheduling. Luis serves this niche and had the resources and systems to accommodate these unique situations. His quote was fair and accurate for the hours he anticipated we would need. Loving team.

Caring Transitions of Carlsbad and La Jolla provided a fantastic experience in our family’s time of need. Our loved one’s passing was difficult and we were overwhelmed dealing with all the household possessions. Luis and his outstanding team came in and quickly and efficiently helped us sell, donate and dispose of everything, and they left the property completely cleared and clean! Very smooth and well run process and great communication. Highly recommended!

This is my first time participating in a Caring Transitions of Carlsbad, La Jolla, and Temecula online auction. I met Luis Peralta at the pick up site. He is a super sweet guy and he organized an amazing auction. I won two gorgeous nude prints set in gold frames. 🥰 The pick up times were convenient and orderly.
