Losing a parent is never easy. I am from Minnesota and my mom lived in Arizona and passed away a few months ago. Caring Transitions, Chuck and Tina specifically, made it much easier to get her house cleaned out and her belongings that we could not get back to Minnesota, sold. We had a very good experience working with Chuck and Caring Transitions. Chuck was flexible with our timing and with the home furnishings, and he even added some items to help make the sale more attractive to buyers. I initially had mixed feelings about doing an online estate sale, but I came away believing it provides much wider exposure and helps bring more buyers to the sale. At the same time, it is important to have realistic expectations—estate sale buyers are looking for bargains, so I would not expect a windfall. In our case, the results seemed to reflect the reality of the market. The overall process was easy, the house was cleaned very well afterward, and the final closeout was straightforward. I would use Caring Transitions again and appreciated Chuck’s flexibility and help throughout the process.
