I have had the pure pleasure of using this company twice now. The first time, I had about 5 days notice of moving my step-mother from Florida to an assisted living in Suwanee, GA after my father passed away. Luckily, a referral to Caring Transitions was given to me and it made everything SO much easier. I called and told them what I needed----- a complete apartment design to include everything for arrival at Heartis in 5 days!! Well, Lori said, sure. I answered a few questions to give them an idea of the style of my step-mother. I gave them a budget. When my step-mother arrived, everything was perfect. The situation was stressful enough but these ladies stepped up. Recently, an internal move inside Heartis was needed and I knew right who to call. I sent a text message and it was one phone call later and the date and new design needs were scheduled for when we needed it done. I highly recommend Caring Transitions. Lisa at Caring Transitions was kind and professional from the first information gathering phone call. She and Marshall did a fantastic job helping us move our dad into assisted living. They were punctual, professional, super kind, and fast. They were so kind to my dad during a stressful time. I know there were big smiles on their faces behind the masks. Will hire Caring Transitions again when needed.

Lisa and her team did a wonderful job helping us with an estate sale of our mother's home. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was finished within our tight timeline. They were extremely professional as well as kind and compassionate during a difficult time for us. I would highly recommend them for your estate and transition needs.

Even though my parents were determined to do all they could by themselves. Lisa worked with us to find the best system that worked for both them and for my parents. Lisa had her team create a floor plan with the items my parents were taking and it looked great. Not surprisingly my mom decided to add to the furniture plan herself. When they came to move us and looked at what was going, they took the time to talk it through with us and delivered a plan that everyone was happy with. Caring Transitions never pushed or rushed, they talked us through each step in the process and each item they took to the truck, you would have thought it was their parents that were being moved. Loved them and so will you.
