We had a fantastic experience with Caring Transitions and Pedro. They had an upright freezer listed for sale and were kind enough to hold it for us until we could make it over to pay. Not only that, but they also arranged for delivery, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mel and Jon made my Mom's move from our family home to a senior apartment unbelievably easy. I was dreading how difficult it would be to help my Mom downsize, they took care of everything. They were familiar with the layout of the apartments at Oak Park Place which made it so much easier determining what should and shouldn't move. Having all of my Mom's family living out of Dubuque now it was a relief to have Caring Transitions there in town to help move, sort, sell what could be sold, and clean out everything else from my Mom's house.

Unfortunately I was in the hospital during the time of my move to another apartment. My family had to handle all the details after I had hired Caring Transitions. They were very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff members. I was very appreciative of the understanding of both Mel Briden and Jon Wessels during a difficult time.
