My experience with Rachel Rohn and her team at Caring Transitions of Garden City has been excellent and exceptional. Rachel was communicative, professional and extremely proficient. She helped our 90 year old mom move from a house she had lived in for 54 years to a senior apartment in another state. My mom uses a walker and couldn’t do much of her own packing…but she knew what she wanted to take. My mom’s 3 adult kids live out of town…so Rachel kept me (the daughter who engaged her services) informed every step of the way. She packed her up, was there when the movers came, knew exactly what to send on the truck…and then held an estate sale. We gave her a very small window to accomplish everything in as the house was sold and we needed it emptied quickly. Done. Matt, who works with Rachel was also super nice and helpful. Mary also came with Rachel to pack and my mom liked her as well. The job was completed in a thorough manner taking a ton off my plate. Couldn’t have done this without the help we received.
