Kendall and all her staff are very knowledgeable and have the best customer service. I look foward to stopping by their wharehouse and seeing their smiling faces. They are all very personable and now know me by name and greet me everytime I stop by. They always have the best stuff. Natalya is an amazing person. She's so kind and helpful. Caring Transitions is an amazing group for families that need help from afar to help with clearing out elderly parents homes when they are relocated. The people from Caring Transitions were on time, fast, and cleaned up the house so it could be listed for sale. I do not know what I would have done without her help. Even the neighbors were raving about their work. I highly recommend them.

Kendall and her Caring Transitions team are beyond exceptional. I count my lucky stars that I found them. I have been dragging my heels on cleaning out my mother's condo after her passing. It was physically and emotionally overwhelming and I didn't know where to turn. Kendall is thorough, timely, organized and above all, honest. I was nervous turning over valuables to someone I didn't know and she was very transparent with the whole process. It couldn't be easier. I basically put post-its on what could go, she and her team carefully packed it, transported it, organized it into lots and listed it on their own nationwide bidding site (akin to EBay.) The competition drove the prices up. She was honest about what would and wouldn't sell, and donated or found a home for the rest. She was communicative and unfailingly kind throughout the whole process. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Caring Transitions of Jupiter was absolutely wonderful. Kendall Kennedy was great to work with—responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. They handled the entire clean-out of my mother-in-law’s home, including donating items, selling what could be sold, and fully cleaning the house. The process was efficient and seamless from start to finish. Kendall and her team could not have been more compassionate and helpful. They truly made a difficult situation so much easier.
