No one is ever going to say moving is something we enjoy. Nikki and Ken made the entire process as smooth as it could possibly be. What they say they do. They have an amazing team they work with and everybody works very hard. They want to make sure you are happy every single moment. They do it all, and all is an amazing job. Make ready was tough. Execution was excellent. The only thing I would advise is to do your own electronics make ready (tv , stereo, etc.).

I arrived at my new home with stacks of boxes to unpack and a newly fractured pelvic bone. I could only guess where was my coffee pot or the sheets for my bed. There was no way I could unpack anything. Nicky and her Caring Transitions team showed up within a day of my calling to unpack, put things away and make my new home comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for their help. Clothes were hung in the closet or put in drawers, my shower curtain up, towels on the shelves, dishes in the cupboard, my lamps plugged in. So many helpful things! I was in a non-weight bearing status and the simplest tasks were a huge struggle for me. She and her helper were organized, efficient and very pleasant to work with. I would whole-heartedly recommend Caring Transitions of Palm Harbor.
