They have a lot of experience in dementia care. They came to the house for an initial visit to learn about my dad and his situation. They already had a layout of his space at the facility and asked us to mark things that were important to him. They brought their own movers and delivered everything to his room. They placed the furniture, hung the pictures, made the bed, hung up clothes, everything to make it feel like his old place. They arranged everything with the idea of safety in mind, even pointing out that his bed was too high to be safe. They also pointed out punch out items. We would never have been able to put his place together like they did.

Lisa and her team have helped 2 of my clients empty their home so that we could get it listed to sell. Both clients had an abundance of belongings. Her staff come in, get it organized, photographed, listed for auction and then distributed to buyers and home is emptied and cleaned. Perfect for people who are unable to manage this time consuming process. Highly recommend!

I've had two great experiences with Caring Transitions of Roswell. The first was in the summer of 2021 when I needed to clear my large townhouse with full basement in order to list it for sale. Lisa quickly made time to meet with me to review my items and explain the process for an Estate Sale. She guided me through the process showing great patience and then her team packed up my home with great organization, care and compassion. They handed the sale while I was able to focus on the next steps to sell my home. It was sad to let go of so many loved possessions but my house sold before it was even officially listed which could not have happened without Lisa and her team literally clearing the way! I then reconnected with Lisa in November 2022 to help me clear a large storage unit filled to the gills. Once again Lisa stepped in and arranged to be available when I needed them. Within just 2 weeks Taj and Brook arrived and again professionally and courteously moved out my things and Lisa arranged for the sale. I was driving up from Florida to clean out my storage unit and had to be finished in just 2 days. What a relief to have a company you can truly depend on.
