Roberto was very helpful in providing timely responses to questions I had in the process of successfully purchasing an automobile through a recent auction on his site. This review is in response to a one-star review from Ann’s Chophouse six days ago re Tiffany-style lamps. I will note at the outset that publishing the statement that an individual is unethical, without knowing the details, is both unfair and libelous. I am the owner of all the lamps and hired Caring Transitions to auction them. It was not until near the end of the auction that I noticed the description for each of the lamps on the auction website was incorrect and asked Mr. Cirilo, the owner, to correct the descriptions. Because the lamps are made of art glass and not plastic, I am grateful to Mr. Cirilo for being willing to do the right thing, for both the seller and potential buyers, and re-auction them with the correct description. Mr. Cirilo’s actions were both ethical and fair.
