I just used their services to sell and remove contents of my father’s house. This is a complete turnkey solution. They reach a very wide audience by running the estate sale as an online auction rather than relying on a one or two day onsite estate sale. The items listed online are posted with photos and precise descriptions. After the auction is completed then they supervise the pick up for all items that sold. Then they conduct a thorough removal of all remaining contents. All unwanted furniture removed. Every cabinet, drawer, pantry, closet, storage completely emptied and removed. It was exactly what we needed to hand off to the new homeowner. Thorough. Professional. Respectful. Honest. I’d give it more than five stars, but I’m limited to five.
