I have worked with Steve and his team multiple times and every time has been awesome. He took care of moving my elderly mother to independent living and the whole process from moving to estate sale was easy and straightforward. Their company also helped with selling all the contents of our Airbnbs and it was great. Everything went quickly. The whole team is caring, professional and extremely helpful.

Steve and his Caring Transitions team are top notch. From the consultation appointment and walk-through of my Mom’s house through the day of the move, he was caring and took time to just talk to Mom to calm her down when he perceived she was getting anxious or flustered. That was huge! Mom was talking about how much she loved how Steve stopped what he was doing just to stop and talk when she got a little frantic. The team packed everything with care and everything arrived just as it should. I would recommend Caring Transitions to any senior citizen making a move in the Lubbock area.

I cannot say enough good (actually GREAT) things about Steve & Caring Transitions! Recently they moved us to a retirement community & executed our estate sale in our prior home. They are meticulous in everything they do & could NOT be nicer to work with, down to the smallest detail. Our experience with Caring Transitions was wonderful. My parents moved from their home to Carillon, and Caring Transitions made that move much easier. We met with Steve, who explained in detail how the move would go and what items would likely fit and which would not. He is very knowledgeable about Carillon and the floor plans there, which helped us make those decisions. The day before our move, the team that packed us up did a fantastic job. They were caring and friendly. After the move (also flawless), they unpacked everything and took all the moving materials with them. I honestly felt like they were family by the end of the move. I highly recommend Caring Transitions for anyone needing a competent, caring, friendly and trustworthy team to handle a move for yourself or a family member. They were absolutely amazing!
