The number of "moving parts" were well-orchestrated from the beginning. They explained the process and how the pieces fit together. The owners and team are knowledgeable, experienced and patient. From our first consultation with Gabriel, we knew we were in excellent hands. He carefully worked with my mom to identify the furniture she wanted to bring, meticulously photographing and measuring each piece before uploading the details into their specialized software. This digital representation allowed us to visualize the new space and ensure everything would fit comfortably. The day before the move, Gabriel and Misti returned to assist my mom in deciding what additional items could make the transition with her. They pre-packed everything with care, making the moving process seamless. On moving day, the team—now joined by three movers—efficiently packed up her home and transported everything to the new residence. In just four hours, they had transformed the space: all furniture was perfectly arranged according to the digital plan, the kitchen was fully organized with dishes, pots, and silverware in place, two flat-screen TVs were mounted, all boxes were unpacked, and even wall hangings were artfully arranged. By the time they finished, it felt as if my mom had been living there for months. Beyond their exceptional service, Caring Transitions also provided outstanding value. Unlike competitors, their estimate included the moving company, and the total cost was two to three times lower than other quotes we received.
