The Caring Transitions team, led by Victoria Erfle, was excellent. They responded to our need for a move within a few weeks. They were respectful of mom and dad's needs and desires, making the move to an assisted living facility as smooth as possible. My family and I are very grateful!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Every aspect of the Caring Transitions Team was exceptional, timely, caring, and skilled. Our move happened at an extremely stressful time, with one of us in the hospital. I interfaced with Victoria and Molly who were so talented at making sure everything we wanted to move was neatly packed and unpacked without me lifting a finger, and they are such caring people. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. We could not have done this move to assisted living without them. Use them for any moving needs. Thank you.

Caring Transitions and Victoria were recommended to our family when we needed to move my mom into a senior living community. From the first time we spoke, they have been communicative (via phone, text, and email), patient, kind, and efficient. This was so reassuring because my sibling and I live across the country and were unable to meet in person prior to the moving date. Victoria met with my mom and my sibling and I were on the phone while she took the time to explain the whole process to my mom. Gabriel took care of the packing, moving, and shipping of items (and was so friendly and kind!). Victoria oversaw everything, worked with the community my mom moved into, and ran the auctions.
