Caring Transitions of Santa Clarita is AMAZING. Victoria, Jared and their team were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL while working with my family. We had a very complex move and clear out project, that was very emotional and a bit overwhelming. Victoria was so wonderful in the way she worked with our family. She was patient, kind, considerate, empathic and understanding. She got the job done - on time and on budget - and we all couldn't be happier to have worked with Caring Transitions and this wonderful team!

I have used Caring Transitions twice to move my elderly mother. First from her home to assisted living and more recently to memory care. The whole Caring Transitions team was amazing. They took care of everything from packing, moving, hanging pictures, disposal, etc. Not only did they make these difficult transitions seamless from a process perspective, they did them with a real caring for the comfort of my mom. They picked the perfect name for their company - they really do provide a caring transition.

The Caring Transitions team, led by Victoria Erfle, was excellent. They responded to our need for a move within a few weeks. They were respectful of mom and dad's needs and desires, making the move to an assisted living facility as smooth as possible. My family and I are very grateful!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Every aspect of the Caring Transitions Team was exceptional, timely, caring, and skilled. Our move happened at an extremely stressful time, with one of us in the hospital. I interfaced with Victoria and Molly who were so talented at making sure everything we wanted to move was neatly packed and unpacked without me lifting a finger, and they are such caring people.
