Victoria and the Caring Transitions team were absolutely wonderful to work with. From start to finish, Victoria made everything so much easier during what was a very difficult and emotional transition for our family. She was organized, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to work with, and she handled every detail with care and professionalism. We truly could not have managed this process without her support. We’re so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend Victoria and Caring Transitions to anyone going through a similar situation.
Caring Transitions and Victoria were recommended to our family when we needed to move my mom into a senior living community. From the first time we spoke, they have been communicative (via phone, text, and email), patient, kind, and efficient. This was so reassuring because my sibling and I live across the country and were unable to meet in person prior to the moving date. Victoria met with my mom and my sibling and I were on the phone while she took the time to explain the whole process to my mom. Gabriel took care of the packing, moving, and shipping of items (and was so friendly and kind!). Victoria oversaw everything, worked with the community my mom moved into, and ran the auctions. We are extremely pleased with this service and would absolutely recommend using Caring Transitions. The peace of mind and knowing we were dealing with real people made all the difference in what could have been a very stressful time.
We used Caring Transitions for a move from one wing to another wing in the same facility. When we were told that we could leave our old apartment at 8am and enter our new apartment at 6pm and we would see no difference we could not believe it. Well, it was scary - when we entered the new apartment we thought we were dreaming. It was EXACTLY as the old apartment was. A true miracle. The team was just unbelievable. Thank you. I bid on a CT Bids vintage electronics auction run by Caring Transitions of Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, and today (Saturday) 2/21/26 I went to the pickup in Toluca Lake. The entire operation was exceptionally well run. They also had a picker sale during pickup, which turned out to be absolutely amazing. As an electronics picker, I’ve been to a lot of sales, and this was easily one of the best picking experiences I’ve had in a long time. A really nice feature was that the picker sale was limited to people who had bid on the auction. It wasn’t open to the general public, which made the pickup and picking experience much smoother and more enjoyable. I really appreciated that approach. Special thanks to Shelley and Gabriel, who were both handling the auction pickup. Gabriel was also pricing items at the picker sale and gave me some fantastic deals. The pickup was really busy the entire time — it was clearly a very popular sale — and it could have become chaotic very easily, but they stayed organized, professional, and treated everyone with total respect. I was really impressed with how smoothly everything was run. I’ll definitely be attending more of their sales in the future.
Caring Transitions was wonderful in helping me with my move from Santa Clarita to South Carolina, I had recently had open heart surgery and was limitied on what I could do and what I could lift. They came in and took care of all my packing and then had sure that everything I had left behind was removed or donated. It was a great relief to not have to worry about these things.
