We used John and his team to move my mom into Danberry (Independent Living). John went above and beyond - from meeting with us initially to discuss the process to showing up three days post-move (on a Saturday, within an hour of being contacted) to h... elp my mom with a printer she thought had been broken during the move (it hadn't been!). My mom's (understandable) stress and anxiety had her not at her best, but John and his team were nothing but kind and patient with her.
