Tisha was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! This was the best massage I have ever had in my life and I have had A Lot of massages in my life. She is amazing.

A luxury massage experience that can't be beat! A couple times a year I will treat myself to this experience (one through the 10% birthday reward). I have had great experiences each time from start to finish. From the changing room where you get a robe, sitting in a private waiting area with water, tea or champagne, the cozy massage room, then coming back out for more water, tea or champagne. The most recent time I had Kayla and she was AWESOME! 6 out of 5 stars. I was suffering from some leg discomfort and she was very professional with asking me where I wanted her to focus on, and whether she could skip other places to focus more on the areas I mentioned. Light conversation too throughout (which I know is not for everyone but Kayla is really funny though to not have a brief chat!). It's a higher price than most places, but that comes with the quality of the location and top notch massage therapists.

When I arrived I felt like garbage, but when I left I felt I was in heaven. Great services. I felt relaxed the entire time. It was wonderful to feel pampered. I will be back again soon.

Wow! what an amazing day with 6 mothers and daughters celebrating a soon to be bride. They had a beautiful room for all of us and we ate lunch and had drinks available to us. We then were taken one by one in our provided robes and slippers to have our massages and some also had their nails done. Pretty sure it was the best massage I’ve ever experienced. Such nice staff, and comfortable surroundings. Afterward we were able to go back to our private room and get ready to go. it was a first trip away for one of our guests from her baby and the baby was enjoying Birmingham with his aunt until he got very sad. Some of the staff at Margot’s helped make the baby happy so our guest could enjoy her massage. They really went over the top for all of us. It was such a beautiful day to celebrate our bride to be . Christina at the front desk is simply the best. As soon as you walk into the spa her presence is a calming peaceful welcome. She’s freely professional and kind and gracious. I can’t image a better person manning the desk. 5 stars indeed! Additionally I had a massage with Kayla. I’ve been coming to Margot’s for decades and I have to say this is one of the top massages I’ve had there. Her technique matched me beautifully. She found all my trouble spots and worked them with attention and care. I will definitely be back for more massages with Kayla
