For Mother’s Day, my kids surprised me with a spa package at Margot in Birmingham, Michigan—and it was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed a luxurious facial that left my skin glowing and refreshed, followed by a deep tissue body massage that melted away all my tension. The staff were attentive and professional, and Margot, the owner, was simply wonderful—thank you for making the experience so special! The expert treatments, every moment was pure relaxation. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, pampered, and incredibly grateful for such a thoughtful gift.

Ordered a couples therapeutic massage. Masseuse was late And made us wait 45 minutes past our scheduled time. Massage was weak and one of the masseuses upgraded my massage to a deep tissue charging us more and I did not order, ask nor request a deep tissue massage. Staff was inconsistent on curtain wording regarding the issues we expressed.

As discussed during checkout, we ensured the miscommunication regarding the deep tissue upgrade charge was excluded from your final bill and you were not charged for it. Our highest priority is providing a relaxing environment and maintaining respectful, clear communication for both our guests and our staff. While we understand that service issues can cause frustration, abusive shouting and cursing toward our team is unnecessary for us to understand your concerns and is entirely unacceptable.
