I came in for a full body massage, and it was absolutely wonderful. Schantell was absolutely amazing!! So relaxing and she shared some great tips with me!

I've been a loyal customer for many years, although I don't get to visit as often as I'd like. I’ve been going to Margot since it was on Woodward! Recently, I took my God Daughter for a couples massage, and I was really looking forward to a great experience. When we arrived, we were taken to the waiting room, but it was a bit surprising that no water or tea was offered. We were advised to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which honestly only took a minute. My God Daughter noticed the tea bar and had to ask if we could have some, which felt a bit off. Once we were taken to the treatment room, we were told to undress without being given robes or any footwear, and the floor was quite wet, which made it a bit uncomfortable stepping to the massage bed. While the staff were nice and did a solid job on the massages, we couldn’t shake the feeling that their demeanor was a bit cold and robotic. After our massages, I mentioned I just needed a few minutes to gather myself before getting up, but we were told they had another couple's massage booked right after ours and that resting wasn’t an option. I really only needed a moment to compose myself, not a lengthy nap! Overall, it was not quite the experience I had hoped for, especially for the $300 we spent for what should have been a pampering session. I know there are other spas in the area that would treat us with a bit more care, which is disappointing because I had such high expectations for Margot. I called and talked to the desk manager about it and she said I would be getting a call from upper management. I haven't and really there is no need; I will not be going back.

Had two massages booked for myself and my sister with Chris. Booked a standard massage for each of us but the entire hour was more like a PT session and only involved stretching no massage at all. Also had two facials at our visit and told them about skin sensitivity. Broke out from the facial and was sold products with fragrance in them that cause breakout and now stuck with the products. Everyone who works there is very nice and welcoming and it is a beautiful spa but will not be back due to bad experience.
