When I arrived I felt like garbage, but when I left I felt I was in heaven. Great services. I felt relaxed the entire time. It was wonderful to feel pampered. I will be back again soon.

Wow! what an amazing day with 6 mothers and daughters celebrating a soon to be bride. They had a beautiful room for all of us and we ate lunch and had drinks available to us. We then were taken one by one in our provided robes and slippers to have our massages and some also had their nails done. Pretty sure it was the best massage I’ve ever experienced. Such nice staff, and comfortable surroundings. Afterward we were able to go back to our private room and get ready to go. it was a first trip away for one of our guests from her baby and the baby was enjoying Birmingham with his aunt until he got very sad. Some of the staff at Margot’s helped make the baby happy so our guest could enjoy her massage. They really went over the top for all of us. It was such a beautiful day to celebrate our bride to be . Christina at the front desk is simply the best. As soon as you walk into the spa her presence is a calming peaceful welcome. She’s freely professional and kind and gracious. I can’t image a better person manning the desk. 5 stars indeed! Additionally I had a massage with Kayla. I’ve been coming to Margot’s for decades and I have to say this is one of the top massages I’ve had there. Her technique matched me beautifully. She found all my trouble spots and worked them with attention and care. I will definitely be back for more massages with Kayla

Very disappointed with this place. My spouse and I have had many bookings here before, but last time we had an emergency and we had to cancel same day. We still wanted to make it but there is no way we could've made it on time. We also were not able to reschedule before checking our personal schedules. They ended up charging us for a complete service for two people. No first time pass since we are established customers or maybe some other smaller charge. just the complete service charged for nothing. While I understand they mention it prior, but sometimes life happens and they need to be understanding of this especially with established customers who have been there many times. I think I'll look for another spa this summer sadly.

Dear Moe, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with a cancellation fee for both your husband and yourself. We are sorry to hear that your babysitting plans changed last minute, and we understand how stressful that can be. We had looked forward to seeing you both after your previous first visit with us. When you contacted us less than one hour before your scheduled appointment, we offered to move both appointments to a later time that day to avoid the cancellation fee. That change was accepted by you. However, we were not notified about the second appointment cancellation until after the scheduled start time had already passed.  Our cancellation policy is shared in advance because last minute changes leave openings that are very difficult to fill. In this case, the schedule changes resulted in four appointment times that our team could not recover. For that reason, the policy was applied.  We value your business and hope this explanation provides clarity. We would be happy to welcome you and your spouse back in the future for the relaxing experience we always aim to provide. Margot European Spa
