I just started coming in for deep tissue massage to help relieve some major life stress. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing! Tamara is an absolute MAGIC worker! She has the intuition and expertise to provide exactly what the body needs to relax and release tension. I have received many massages in my life but none quite compare to the care and detail included in my massages with Tamara. Her communication is perfect in terms of asking about pressure, temperature etc. She uses aromatherapy, hot towels, and CBD oil which make the experience pure bliss. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented in neuromuscular and craniosacral work among other techniques and has provided great home tips and remedies to help with my extreme muscle tension and headaches. I leave here feeling renewed and relaxed. Tamara is a one of a kind massage therapist and I highly recommend her!
