I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Our family had to act quickly to move our dad (who has Alzheimer’s and dementia) to another facility. From the first conversation I had with the owner, Michelle, and working with our project manager, Laura, I truly felt like we were in the hands of the best professionals. This whole process has been so stressful for my mom, and my sister, and I just really wanted to make things as easy as possible, and Caring Transitions of Palm Coast definitely did that. From soup to nuts. Laura was in touch with us through the whole process, dad‘s belongings were handled with the utmost of care and respect, and they really did a great job of staging his new room to look as warm and comforting and inviting as possible. They are so reasonably priced for the services they offer, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody who needs to move their loved one. Thank you, ladies, for making one huge aspect of what was an (overall) incredibly intense and stressful situation, not quite so scary and overwhelming. You are both appreciated more than you know. The team at Caring Transitions of Palm Coast were nothing short of AMAZING. My parents are 85 and 82, and moving them to an Independent Living facility closer to my home in Atlanta was a big decision for us. The team in Palm Coast coordinated with the Caring Transitions team in ATL. The entire process was seamless, and we couldn't have accomplished the move without their help!
