On August 19, Scott Bowles and his team of two came to my mother’s assisted living apartment. They were instantly looking for how to help. They approached it with smarts, common sense. After a quick huddle, they sprang into work and all three started hustling. Mom’s furniture is heavy. Plus a queen size bed/mattress. But these gentlemen tackled it gracefully. And SO carefully. Then the devilish details of wires, little things that needed gentle handling, etc. Mom also had a couple of very nice frames with needle work and things that she likes. They took such gentle care when packing them. When it came to unpacking, they handled everything!! I wasn’t even in the room with them. Mom and I were signing in downstairs in the office! They thoughtfully placed furniture; Set up the television; Unpacked boxes of clothes, supplies, hangers, etc. and placed them smartly in proper order, and so much more. But a special note here: Mom’s African Violets made it without one leaf lost!!! There’s more… they made Mom’s bed. This team floored me. I clicked my heels, and said nothing. I felt like was in another world. Kind attention and organized efficiency!! They were my saviors. I feel like Scott Bowles has special expertise and has trained an excellent team. It was time for my mother to move out of her (too big) home into an assisted living facility. Leaving behind fifty years of memories (and slimming down to a one bedroom apartment) can be a major anxiety-inducing experience. Scott and his team were EXCELLENT from start to finish. They explained exactly how their process worked. The entire team was professional, efficient, and friendly. I'm sure you can hire a couple guys to put stuff in a truck and move it for cheaper but you won't get the consideration, care, and commitment to getting the job done exactly right that Caring Transitions does. The whole team was a pleasure to work with.

Scott and his team were competent, helpful, dependable professionals. Loved the advice and assistance in selling items and my move was easy and stress-free. Scott was super helpful in all phases of de-cluttering and moving. Would have taken me weeks longer to pack, etc. without Caring Transitions.

Scott is ultra competent, did everything and more to help me in my transition. From arranging sales, to throwing things away, I will give him 5 stars
