Initially, the call to Youngrens was handled professionally and the quote I was given was very competitive. Service appointment was quick and easy to schedule. Todd, service tech, arrived on time and did great work. After installing new humidifier, he properly secured the duct work that came off main trunk that previously was only mounted with roofing nails. Thank you Todd and Youngrens.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update. We have been repeat customers for anything that goes wrong with our hvac. They fix the problem, not walk in and try and say you need a new furnace. Todd just came out on Monday Jan 15th, cleaned the furnace, took out blower motor and washed it, made a better housing for air filter and gave me a lot of tips. Anyway, the house is finally heating to where I have it set. It’s running very well. Below is older review from another visit. I just can’t thank these guys enough. What a night we had with our furnace broken down. I was worried about the kids even though they were bundled and I had electric heaters upstairs. I didn’t sleep though because I was worried about these heaters starting on fire. On top of it all, we are all getting over the flu. It’s never a good time for furnace issues in winter right? My husband called this company and Tim called us back last night. He promised to call us in the morning to give us a time. He did just that. He sent a guy named Todd out. By the time I called my husband from my bed this morning asking if they got back to him he said, “He is already here and has fixed the problem.” Husband said Todd explained every single thing to him and was extremely professional. He offered good tips of using a different filter as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed our problem. He didn’t pressure for extra services but told my husband what needed to be done as far as cleaning and maintaining. He explained exactly what the problem was. Men in the trades are such a commodity…and I tell my sons this all the time. A house filled with sick people appreciate you so much. Thank you for helping us expeditiously and sending such a smart and professional guy. *last night after hours they did offer to come and we decided we would be ok because we had the electric heaters. Saved some money there.* Again, thanks for your honesty and I am so thankful this wasn’t a huge problem. We know who to call next time.
