AL came over on time and did the service quickly and made sure to maintain a quality repair.  I only needed the motors oiled and preventive maintenance...he made sure I knew how to do it myself for the future and was very courteous toward my family by offering a senior citizen discount and still being super professional but still human enough to talk about his family .

I decided to use Youngren after reading the reviews. Also my furnace had their maintenance sticker on it from the pervious owner. I will never use Youngren again nor will anyone from Youngren's ever be welcome in my home. The moment the technician walked in my house he complained and made comments about everything in my home. What did it for me was the technician asking me if my father knew how to speak English. My father wasn't even there nor had anything to do with the repair. English is my first language so I do not know why he asked.

I needed my heater cleaned and they came out the next day. This was very prompt and happened to work out just great. I think I just happened to get lucky.
