Technician Andy did a phenomenal job explaining the entire process and then fixed the problem in a New York minute! Andy is a cool guy, but more importantly.... my wife and I are now COOL!! We’ll definitely utilize Andy/Youngrens again!

Outstanding service! It was a steamy, hot summer day when our air conditioning stopped cooling. I gave Youngren's a call at 1:24 pm, and 20 minutes later two repairmen, Andy and Chuck, showed up at our door. They were safely masked and very congenial. They got right to work; and forty minutes later, our house began to cool. We are so grateful to Youngren's for the incredible service!

They did the job. Had special going on for $$, but at invoice time maintenance guys adds $60 for his pay. Bait and switch as far as I was concerned. If you got a sale going I expect that to be the price. Will not be using again.

Hello Pedro, I just looked at your call. You did not book anything for the $89 cleaning special, you specifically stated that you may have that done also at the time of service in addition to the reason for your call. You booked a call to have all of your appliances checked for CO and an odor. They charged you just as you were told, the Diagnostic fee and the additional labor for the time to go through the dryer and oven and you declined the $89 cleaning special of your furnace. They gave you the $35 new customer discount off the price of the diagnostic fee. I don't appreciate you trying to slander us as a bait and switch when we completed just what you requested and you declined to have the cleaning special performed. We had them out today for our annual check of our air conditioning unit. We scheduled last week. They were right on time. They called before yo ensure someone was home. The technician was efficient, friendly, and did his job. Checked everything out and ensured we are ready for the summer. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with them!
