Response time was about an hour. My technician was very thorough at determining the problem with my furnace and listened to the problem I was having. He was very well trained. It is such a worry when your furnace isn't working properly but everything was checked out and I feel safe that it is now in good shape for the winter. What a relief. I would recommend your company to anyone. The cost was reasonable and I want to thank you for your high quality service!
