My project was to move a hot tub down a steep embankment & Ian was the only one, among the several movers we reached out, took the time to survey the site, spend his time evaluating his options & finally gave the nod to undertake the task.

He did caution me it was/will be a challenge; but he was confident it could be done. Communication with Nancy was a breeze. Needless to say, I was very apprehensive about the whole transaction (delivery, move, electrical, etc) was putting it mildly.

But on the day, delivery happened as planned; Ian and his crew showed up just as the delivery crew were leaving & they got to work. FWIW, the hot tub weighs about 1000lbs!!!. And the embankment is about 50 feet down a 10+% grade.

The crew took their time (over 2 hours between staging, moving and final placement) to do their job. They had to remove fence panels, improvise on the fly with their dolly, ropes, etc ...

All in all, these guys are the BEST I have seen.

Friendly. Easy communication. Reasonable prices. Respectful. Great customer service.

Will 100% recommend them.

A-1 did a fantastic job moving us from Washougal to Ridgefield. Ian, Tim and Mathew showed up right on time and worked hard all day, transporting two loads to our new house. Not a single thing was damaged and they offered some really great ideas for placement of furniture in our new house. They took things apart and reassembled. Moving is hard work but they were fun to have around. They even put up a canopy behind the trailer to protect our stuff in the rain and offered a 10 percent discount for seniors. You can’t go wrong with A-1.
