I was connected with Neumann through my homeowners insurance for a small roof repair. Communication was not great regarding scheduling and the repair. They had to come three different times because they didn’t have the correct equipment. The crew was different all three days and I had to re-explain to them each time what the repair was supposed to be. They finally completed the repair but it has now been 2 months and am still waiting on the warranty paperwork I’ve requested multiple times.

These folks made everything so easy to deal with, but the most pleasant part was the visit from Mr Tony, he took us through everything step by step, and answered all our questions.
