The company did a good job of updating me on my roof installation and scheduling. The subcontractor who did the work was below average, failing to do the complete job properly. The initial field supervisor was not responsive to my concerns. His replacement was excellent in addressing all of the unfinished work. I would use this company again, but keep a close eye on the actual roofers.

Dan was on time, professional, answered my questions. Waiting on a response regarding roof, which I know will take time dealing with insurance.

Neumann re-roofed my house after Ian. My insurance company had recommended them and that made me a little nervous Low bid isn't always high quality. That was not the case here. We got Excellent quality at a very competitive price. Once the roof tile was released by the manufacturer, we got introduced to Don Rosio, the project manager. Don did a great job keeping us informed of what was next, when to expect it, and checking on the day's work. He made SURE that we were happy and that every detail was taken care of. Don didn't do the actual roofing though, so I also have to report that all the crew was amazing. On "de-roof day" 8 guys showed up on time and made the place look like an ant farm. They had all the old roof off and the new membrane all down in one day. The crew that came to "load" the tile on the roof was very careful not to damage my driveway or lawn or sprinklers with their lift and worked quickly and neatly. They laid plywood wherever there was potential for damage, and when it was all done, not even one tire mark. The crew that installed the tile did an efficient and neat job. Workmanship appeared very good to me. They took several steps to secure everything well that were certainly not in the old roof and don't seem to be in some of the new ones going on in my neighborhood. The County Building inspector said, after his inspection "I hope I get workmanship this good when I re-roof my house". I would recommend Neumann without hesitation. We have lots of re-roofing going on in my neighborhood and from what I've seen, they are the best of all in SW Florida.
