Neumann replaced my roof after Hurricane Ian. Leo Walcott, their Project Manager, Bo and their subcontractor Lucky all did a great job. I would recommend them.

UPDATE: 9/21/23 Adjusting my review per the followup support I received from a Neumann sales/project manager. He apologized for the inconvenience/issues and within 2 weeks had someone come out and repair the roof and brought in a 2nd crew to finish the soffit/facia. They also repaired my gutter as part of the job. Hats off to Neumann!! Their followup support was excellent and professional - will continue to recommend. (Initial posting) Having previously used this company for a new roof for my primary home (great work) and referred this company to other neighbors (again, great work), I gave them a call for repairing a roof on a rental home in SW Florida and to also repair a neighbors roof next door to it. Estimator came out and evaluated both homes and indicated he would get us both an estimate in 3-4 days. Two weeks has gone by and no estimate even after placing 2 followup calls. I called again to ask for either test message/vmail indicating no-bid..so as to not waste time and move on to another roofer. Having used them in the past, I am disappointed with lack of professionalism and communication in this instance. Given the situation, not sure I could count on the roof installer project mgmt. or quality in case that area of the business has changed as well. At this point, don't feel comfortable referring them in either the Tampa Bay area or southwest FL for roofing.

After hurricane Ian, this company took responsibility for getting all of my roof repairs done. I cannot say enough good things about Jake Grove. He is a problem solver and takes responsibility for whatever needs to be resolved. Good outfit to work with.

Everyone from the office to the installation crew was nice and very professional. With as busy as all roofing companies are we were very lucky and thankful to get Neumann Roofing company.
